I ordered about 5 rugs from this company. Very fast delivery and excellent rugs for the price. On my last order, one of them was delayed, past the due date. I emailed the company and had an answer within 4hrs. To my surprise they informed me about the delay. For my troubles...they included a free rug pad! Very happy customer!!! Will be ordering pads for the rest of my rugs from this company!
